What we collect

When you send an enquiry, a trade-in request or a finance application through this website we collect the details you enter – typically your name, phone number, email address and information about your car or your financial situation. We also keep standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages visited) to keep the site secure.

How we use it

Only to respond to your request: to contact you about a car, to value your trade-in, or – with your explicit consent – to submit your finance application to financial institutions. We do not sell or share your information with anyone else, and we do not send marketing you haven't asked for.

Cookies

This site uses no advertising or tracking cookies. If Google Analytics is enabled it collects anonymised usage statistics only.

Retention & your rights

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to deal with them and to meet our legal obligations, then deleted. You may ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you – email motormanfreestate@gmail.com.
